Wudang ATL Programs

TAI CHI

We offer a variety of both kinesiology-based modern tai chi wellness programs & the traditional Wudang taijiquan martial art

WU-TANG SWORD

Wudang swordsmanship training includes body mechanic drills, forms, application training, combat theory, and fencing with wooden swords

PROGRAM DETAILS

TAOIST KUNG FU

Wudang is the home of the internal martial arts. Wudang ATL offered classical Wudang Taiyi Xuanmen Quan; which includes Xingyi, Bagua, Taiji, & Sanfeng martial systems

CHI KUNG & WELLNESS

Formalized routines for self-massage, stretching, lengthening, joint maintenance, improved breathing, and a variety of other low-impact exercise to improve one's own health

TAOIST MEDITATION & CULTIVATION

The english word "meditation" covers dozens of different types of practices that may appear to be completely still, but each offer a variety of unique benefits to one's personal cultivation & self-refinement

TAOIST RELIGION & PHILOSOPHY

Learn & study Daoism from both scholarly and personal real-world experiences in the temples of the Wudang Mountains by our teachers

STRENGTH & FITNESS

Wellness & fitness are two different sides to the coin of health. For those looking to be stronger, faster, more durable, & more flexible, we offer traditional fitness with our martial arts

COMBAT SPORTS TEAM

The students that are interested in competing at high-level combat sports are welcome to inquire about our fight-team training programs

PRIVATE TRAINING OPTIONS

If you are looking for a specific program that is not on our current schedule, you may consider investing in private training. Discounts available for monthly block scheduling
